The Journey of SP10 Hockey

A Dream Realized by Sinisa Pajic

Sinisa Pajic, born in Novi Sad, Serbia, had a deep passion for hockey. After playing professionally until the age of 24, Sinisa shifted his focus to coaching, eager to pass on his knowledge to the next generation. In 2016, he joined Ice Hockey Club NS Stars in Novi Sad, initially helping with the kids while still playing. Within four years, he became head coach for younger age groups up to U12.

In 2021, Sinisa founded SP10 Hockey, a development program that offered specialized camps, one-on-one sessions, clinics, and high-level tournaments. The program quickly gained recognition for producing top-tier talent, especially with the creation of SP10 Select, a team that competed in the AAA league against teams from Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Hungary.

By 2025, Sinisa continued his work at NS Stars as head coach of U14 and U16 teams, while also mentoring younger coaches. Through SP10 Hockey, Sinisa built a community where players could develop their skills and compete at the highest level, helping them gain exposure in top regional leagues and tournaments.

What began as a vision to develop young talent evolved into a legacy of excellence, shaping the future of hockey in the region.
